A new population has arrived

The Internet was designed around machines, files and pages. It became the greatest system for publishing information that humanity has built. But it was not designed for the world now emerging.

Intelligence is becoming a participant in the network. People, companies, services and AI agents need more than pages. They need to exist, to be found, to prove who controls them and to interact safely.

The thesis

Everything needs an address.
Even intelligence.

The Universal Internet is a logical layer where humans, organizations, services and intelligences can have Universal Addresses, verified identities, declared capabilities, relationships and native ways to interact.

It does not replace the physical Internet. IP, transport, TLS and the Web remain. The Universal Internet extends that foundation from a network of pages toward a network of entities and intelligences.

Humans and agents

Websites were made for humans. Universal Sites are made for humans and intelligence: visual for people, structured and interactive for agents. The next Internet belongs to both.

Open, with a constitution

Builders and external intelligences should be able to create agents, Sites, adapters and experiences without asking permission to innovate. Openness, however, does not mean that anyone can silently redefine identity, trust, ownership or the constitutional Core.

The ecosystem can expand. The laws of existence require deliberate governance.
